ABOUT
Graduated in 2005 from the University of Padua (Italy) in Clinical and Community Psychology.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist and registered with the Italian Register of Psychologists
(Veneto, No. 8331).
I am an Italian Clinical Psychologist and Systemic-Relational Psychotherapist.
For more than ten years, I have worked with individuals, couples and families, supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, life transitions and other complex psychological challenges.
My clinical work has developed across private practice, mental health services, addiction treatment, migrant support programmes, parenting projects and psychoeducational initiatives, allowing me to work with people at very different stages of life and across highly diverse clinical settings.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have continued to deepen my professional training through postgraduate education in psychological assessment, therapeutic assessment, autogenic training, forensic psychology and psychotherapy, while regularly participating in advanced clinical seminars and professional conferences.
POINT ZERO
Point Zero is the result of a vision that has been growing for more than twenty years.
It was born from a personal necessity before becoming a structured method.
Its development has been shaped by lived experience, transformative practices, more than 6,000 kilometres walked on foot, long-term work with cold exposure, body-based disciplines, and, of course, by my education in psychology and years of clinical practice.
The question that has guided this journey has always been the same:
What allows genuine human change not only to happen, but to become stable?
Point Zero is a method that works with the unity of mind and body.
It is a language and a grammar for the quality of human relationships, designed to help people develop a more stable, flexible and embodied way of relating to themselves, to others and to life.
